Delivery Manager

Seeking a Delivery Manager for a dynamic digital agency working with top brands such as Adidas, and Unilever to deliver exceptional websites, apps, and technology solutions. The team is driven by creativity, collaboration, and a passion for digital innovation.

The Role:
We’re looking for a Delivery Manager to join our Delivery team. In this role, you’ll oversee the successful delivery of support and maintenance contracts, retainers, and small projects. Working closely with various disciplines within the business, you’ll ensure projects stay on track, deliver high-quality results, and meet client needs. You’ll also build strong client relationships while protecting the business’s interests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery across support and small-scale projects
• Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to meet project goals
• Act as the day-to-day client contact, exercising diplomacy and understanding client needs
• Manage timelines, resources, and tools effectively

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in managing digital projects
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Agency experience preferred
